Can someone help me?

I can't figure out why Blogger is no longer sending me individual email notification of comments. I'm only recieving a few of them... I don't see a rhyme or reason to it either. Any tips? I went through my settings and re-clicked all those things to have the emails sent.... It's getting frustrating.

    I don't have any suggestions but can understand with blogger frustration. Today it's not letting me post any pictures in a post. They have had some seriously odd bugs lately.

    Lately I have not been able to leave comments on a lot of sites because it keeps constantly looping back to the sign in page but won't accept my sign in. I've been hearing a lot of complaints lately and I'd jump ship to typepad but I don't really post regularly enough to bother.
